JOB OVERALL
The Chief Accountant at THS is important to the company's financial well-being and success. This job oversees all accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance with both local and international standards, and providing strategic financial insights to assist decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To deliver timely and accurate financial reporting by managing the full spectrum of the company's accounting, finance, audit and tax functions including cash flow management, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the budget and financial forecasting processes, as well as report any discrepancies.
• Ensure capital and operating expenditure are within budgets.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements in a timely manner
• Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reports
• Manage and comply with government reporting and tax filings
• Synchronize with Headquarter (Singapore) on corporate procedures, accounting policies and reporting methodology.
• Liaise with external auditors and oversee the annual auditing process
• Provide management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to aid in decision-making.
• Perform other tasks as required by the line manager and Board of Management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Having a Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the MOF is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an international company
• In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese Accounting System and IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
