The Chief Accountant is responsible for managing the financial health of Theme Park operations, providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities
● Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the theme park, including general operations, games, sports and F&B facilities;
● Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
● Monitor and control operating costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement efficiency improvements;
● Ensure proper cash flow management, including cash forecasting and treasury operations;
● Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements;
● Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making;
● Assist in overseeing inventory control procedures for leasing and merchandise operations;
● Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance;
● Conduct financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and assess the financial impact of projects and initiatives;
● Oversee and manage the overall performance of the accounting team.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
