Mô tả công việc
**Missions:
- Understand business model and business strategies
- Set up financial models: limits, norms and contracts
- Balance and control cash flow
- Training and developing team, coordination mechanism between agencies, retailers and localities
- Develop systems of regulations, processes, rules
- Organize, implement, monitor and control risks
*** Job Description:
1. Planning:
- Coordinate with the Executive Board to develop vision, mission, core values, and long-term goals.
- Manage the Departments/Company to set goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the Company's overall goals.
2. Administration:
- Supervise the Project and make decisions and propose the right solutions, strategies,... to the Executive Board, build a system of processes and regulations at the company and department levels.
- Ensure updating the management and working effectively.
3. Marketing:
- Direct and supervise the development of long-term and short-term marketing plans and goals; periodically evaluate marketing channels for products and services of the Company.
- Directing the construction and implementation of marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market
- Periodically evaluate and adjust plans, activities of marketing.
4. Business:
- Directly building the organization and developing sales channels for Company.
- Coordinate with the Executive Board to plan and develop standards for each sales channel.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships related to the Company's business activities in order to create favorable conditions for business activities.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of each sales channel.
5. Human Resources
- Develop long-term and short-term human resource plans; Directly involved in recruitment for company.
- Develop a salary and reward system suitable for Company's strategies and goals.
6. Finance:
- Develop budget and cost norms for the Projects.
- Periodically monitor, control and evaluate, adjust budgets and cost norms.
7. Controlling:
- Build the operation control system for Company.
- Build the approved apparatus and organization of the control system.
8. Report:
- Responsible for building and implementing report system for the Board of Management.
- Based on the above tasks, create specific daily, weekly working plans, processes and working instructions. The standard job description depend on relevant department's function statement.

Yêu cầu
***Requirements:
1. Understanding about Pharmaceutical, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or other equivalent majors.
2. Experience in executive business for health care products or experience in manager position with the ability to move up to executive position
3. Working time: At least 5 years in management position; in which, at least 3 years with manager position in business-related or working experience industries abroad-related
***NOTE:
- Must have at least 05 (five) years experience in Medicine/Pharmacy/Health care.
- Priority for candidates with experience in the field of distribution of health protection foods / functional foods and imported cosmetics.
4. Domestic and foreign negotiation skills
5. Strategic planning and implementation skills.
***Working space:
1. Working conditions:
- Basic conditions, equipped with office equipment, stationery, work-related documents according to the Company's regulations:
- Participate in basic training courses during the probationary period according to the company's regulations;
- Participate in basic or advanced training courses according to job requirements;
- Guaranteed of employee's rights according to the Regulation on salary and labor;
2. Working principle:
- Strictly comply with the provisions in the Employee Handbook, regulations, processes, and professional instructions of the Company;
- Attitudes and behavior in accordance with the Cultural Values specified in the Employee Handbook.
***Other terms
Other commission and benefits according to the Company's Salary Regulations and the capacity for accomplished tasks.
