Mô tả công việc

Manage and operate all business activities of the company (in Vietnam, Hongkong, Singapore) and all departments including IT, Marketing, Service Consulting, Accounting, Legal, Compliance departments
Responsible for building long-term development strategies, ensuring financial goals and sustainable growth for the company.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of departments to achieve optimal efficiency in operations and business
Make strategic decisions to develop the market, expand business and enhance the company's competitive position in the industry.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and important transactions with partners, investors and stakeholders.
Provide goals, development direction and strategy of the company

Yêu cầu

University degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Management, Banking or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position, especially in the field of Finance/Banking/Services, or experience in Start-up Business Management.
Excellent strategic thinking, ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Experience in Management Accounting and general operations
Good communication skills in English are required.
Leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, management and investment thinking.
Public speaking skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of Finance is an advantage.
