· Professional certifications in healthcare management or leadership are advantageous
· A minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization, preferably in a hospital setting.
· In- depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
· Strong business acumen with a proven track record of financial management and achieving operational excellence.
· A master&039;s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
