Mô tả công việc
1. Work purpose:
- Oversee and manage Finance - Accounting department and ensure that all activities are up to date
- Identify and address potential financial risks for the company.
- Review, check and report financial and administrative data.
- Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to plan and manage cash flow effectively.
- Coordinating work between departments and divisions and assist in monitoring the performance of the Management System to recognize and reward good achievements every year to promote corporate culture and responsibility.
2. Main responsibilities and duties - (Main activities):
- Plan and build financial and accounting strategies.
- Build and develop a skilled and effective team for the finance - accounting department.
- Manage financial, accounting, investor relations, tax issues and some issues of the legal department.
- Monitor and report financial and accounting related risks to the Board of Directors.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the Company's financial accounting reports as well as internal controls to ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
- Work with department heads for planning, financial analysis, and related proposals.
- Based on accounting and financial reports to advise the Board of Directors on financial direction and strategy for the Company.
- Track revenue and expenses to keep cash flow stable and efficient.
- Monitor project development costs to promptly advise the Board of Directors and business centers.
- Ensure that customer payments are made in full and on time and control costs to meet financial obligations.
- Compare revenue and profit forecasts with actual figures for necessary adjustments and recommendations.
- Jointly plan with the HR director and monitor employee benefit programs.
- Work directly with the CEO regarding management reports and job duties as required.
- Work directly with the Directors of business centers and departments related to providing financial data upon request.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Experience:
o Having experience in the professional field, mastering and understanding the provisions of tax law, principles and standards of finance - accounting.
o Good knowledge of corporate finance, organization and planning.
o At least 05 years of experience as Head of Finance and Accounting, 03 years of experience in a Manager position of equivalent level.
Personal qualities:
o Flexible and dynamic attitude.
o Reliable.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance - Accounting or relevant field.
Language skills:
- Vietnamese - Fluent Native
- English - Fluent Mid-level
