Chief Lending Officer

- Oversee the business unit, including the lending business P&L, sales and marketing, branch network, relationship development, product development, risk management, and people development.
- Develop and implement the loan division's strategic vision and business goals.
- Be accountable for business strategy and planning, implementing and managing actions to reach target consumers, designing and implementing plans to approach, appraise, and serve clients, and guaranteeing the Unit's operational and business efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the executive leadership team both locally and at headquarters to execute the business plan and meet key OKRs.
- Oversight of lending operations on a daily basis, including onboarding, underwriting, customer support, and collection.
- Identifies, recommends, and executes new policies, processes, and systems needed to meet the organization's objectives and business plan.
- Plan and monitor business activities, accounting and budget management in accordance with company regulations, and prepare necessary reports for company and state management authorities.
- Take charge of staff recruitment, training and human resource management for the Company according to the company policy.
