Position Summary
TSARSI is seeking an exceptional President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Global Integrator to lead and scale our rapidly growing international organization. This executive will serve as the operational leader of the company, responsible for transforming the CEO's vision into measurable execution while driving accountability, alignment, operational excellence, and profitable growth across all business functions. The President & COO will lead a global workforce of 200+ Vietnam employees, and will be responsible for building the leadership structure, operating systems, and organizational discipline necessary to scale TSARSI into the world's premier estimating, engineering, drafting, and technical services platform. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills, exceptional English communication abilities, proven experience in high-growth organizations, and the ability to successfully bridge Western business expectations with international operations. This role is ideal for a proven Integrator who thrives on execution, accountability, leadership development, process improvement, and organizational scaling.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Integration
• Serve as the senior operating executive for TSARSI.
• Partner directly with the CEO to execute the company's vision and long-term strategic objectives.
• Lead weekly Leadership Team L10 Meetings.
• Enforce organizational accountability and execution discipline throughout the company.
• Drive alignment across all departments and business units.
• Ensure quarterly Rocks and annual priorities are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate EOS IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) sessions to resolve organizational issues.
• Maintain strong communication between the CEO and department leaders.
• Translate strategic initiatives into measurable execution plans.
Organizational Leadership
• Lead, manage, and scale a workforce from 200 to 600 employees.
• Build leadership infrastructure capable of supporting future growth.
• Develop future leaders and succession plans.
• Ensure accountability throughout all levels of the organization.
• Drive company culture, values, and performance standards.
• Create organizational clarity and eliminate role confusion.
• Own and maintain the company Accountability Chart.
Department Leadership
Provide executive oversight and accountability for: Operations, Estimating, Engineering, Drafting, BIM Services, Project Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Administrative Functions.
Ensure all department leaders are aligned, accountable, and achieving performance objectives.
EOS Leadership
• Lead weekly Leadership Team L10 Meetings.
• Own company Scorecards and KPI review processes.
• Maintain Accountability Charts and organizational structure.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning processes.
• Ensure company priorities and Rocks are executed successfully.
• Facilitate IDS sessions to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Build a culture of accountability and execution.
Operational Excellence
• Implement scalable processes and operating rhythms across all departments.
• Ensure clean handoffs between Sales, Dealer Division, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
• Eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Establish performance standards and accountability systems.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Ensure operational readiness to support company growth objectives.
Strategic Execution
• Own execution of annual company priorities.
• Drive implementation of major strategic initiatives.
• Ensure successful launch and execution of new service offerings and growth initiatives.
• Monitor progress and remove obstacles that impede execution.
• Coordinate company-wide implementation of systems, technology, and process improvements.
Forecasting & Alignment
• Ensure forecasting alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, and TSARSI leadership.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and capacity planning.
• Align resources with customer demand and growth objectives.
• Ensure operational readiness to support customer commitments.
International Leadership
• Lead TSARSI's workforce across Vietnam.
• Build a culture that combines Western accountability with Vietnamese operational excellence.
• Establish strong communication, responsiveness, and customer service standards.
• Develop leadership capabilities throughout the Vietnam management team.
• Ensure alignment across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
Customer Success
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to North American and Australian customers.
• Drive responsiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Align internal operations with customer expectations.
• Support strategic customer relationships and growth initiatives.
Success Metrics

Required
• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience.
• Previous experience as President, COO, Integrator, General Manager, or senior operating executive.
• Proven experience leading organizations with 200+ employees.
• Demonstrated success in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing multiple departments through senior leaders.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and execution.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and leadership communication abilities.
• Experience leading international teams and global operations.
• Ability to build systems, processes, and organizational structure.
Preferred
• Experience leading organizations with 200-500+ employees.
• Experience supporting U.S., Australian, and international customers.
• Experience in engineering, construction, estimating, or BIM services, manufacturing, technical services, or BPO organizations.
• Experience implementing and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®).
• Previous experience serving as an EOS Integrator or senior leader within an EOS-driven organization.
• Demonstrated success leading L10 Meetings, quarterly and annual planning sessions, Accountability Charts, company Scorecards, IDS processes, and leadership development programs.
• Experience scaling service-based organizations through rapid growth phases.
Work Schedule Expectations
This is a global leadership position requiring flexibility and responsiveness across multiple international time zones. The successful candidate must be willing to:
• Support U.S.-based customers and leadership teams during North American business hours.
• Support Australian customers and strategic partners when required.
• Maintain regular engagement with Vietnam operations teams.
• Participate in early morning, evening, or split-shift meetings as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

The President & COO will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of TSARSI, allowing the CEO to focus on vision, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, innovation, and long-term enterprise value creation - ensuring TSARSI becomes the leading global estimating, engineering, drafting, BIM, and technical services platform in the world.
