The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the Company's overall operations, ensuring efficient execution of business strategies and the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement the overall operational strategy in alignment with the business direction and objectives set by the leadership team.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to optimize operational efficiency and achieve revenue, profitability, quality, and after-sales service targets.
- Ensure operational performance meets established goals for revenue, profit, service quality, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the management and operations of showrooms.
- Manage technical service and after-sales support functions.
- Lead workforce management and team development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturers, suppliers, and brand partners.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multi-site operations, preferably in retail, distribution, automotive, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and profitability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Deep understanding of operational management, supply chain, customer service, after-sales service, and business processes.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost optimization.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
