The OS Coordinator plays a key role in assisting with interpreting, translating and coordinating administrative tasks to support the team's daily activities.
Assist with interpreting and translating between Vietnamese and Chinese to support communication within the team.
Coordinate and handle administrative tasks to support the team's daily operations.
Support foreign staff or visitors with communication and logistical arrangements.
Assist with procurement requests, expense tracking, and payment processing.
Manage logistics related to engineering projects, including shipping and inventory checks.
Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain team records.
Handle additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
College and above. Major in Chinese or other related subjects
Minimum 01 year experience for Manufacturing company
Be able to comfortably use Chinese; Chinese: Verbal communication + Reading + Typing
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills, especially in multitasking
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Helpful and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude
Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
Willing to travel between SHTP and DDK site
Able to go on oversea business trips
