Mô tả công việc
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our CSRs Department. The CSRs will have the following responsibilities:
Assists management with the company's day-to-day carrier operations activities
Responds to customer inquiries; reviews responses; gathers and researches information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and provides resolution on our products: telecommunications services (voice calls, text messages, 5G networks, telephony) subsidized by the US government and prepaid telecommunications services.
Maintains a solid understanding of the current products and services being offered
Assists with technical support questions, order status, port-in and port-out requests, network coverage inquiries and application questions; provides resolutions to complaints
Clerical and administrative support, training and reporting as required
Some other duties as required by the Senior Manager/Director.

Yêu cầu

1+ years of experience in the similar position.
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Good at English.

Skilled Typist. 45+ wpm typing speed is a strong plus.
1+ years of experience in the similar position.

Quyền lợi
Starting Basic Salary: 13-15M/month.
Probation period: 2 months.
Hours of operation (NIGHT SHIFT): 8 hours shift Mon - Sat during customer service hours (8 AM - 8 PM Mon - Fri and 10 AM - 7 PM Saturday (US Central Time). It means you can check-in from 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM / 10:00 /11:00 PM and cumulative 8 working hours until the check-out time is 5:00 AM / 6:00 AM / 7:00 / 8:00 AM according to our Vietnam timezone.
Office Address: 78 Ho Den Lu, Hoang Van Thu ward, Hoang Mai dist., Hanoi.
Project bonus and salary review according to the work quality.
Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
Working with major carriers in the US.
