Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee relations and conduct internal communications as needed.
- Develop, be in charge of, and maintain HR policies, payroll, documentation, and metrics.
- Organize employee activities such as team building, all-hands meetings, and company trips.
- Maintain office records and provide general administrative support.
- Oversee office services and facility needs, including repairs, vendors, and contracts.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR general (recruitment, C&B)
- Proven experience as a tech HR/recruiter or in a similar role.
- Must good command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Aptitude for learning and driving change initiatives.
