JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with relevant sub-function in generating PMOE reports
To support leasing and nationwide building management coordination tasks for PMOE Department
To support Line Manager to conduct HSE activities at nationwide office
To be responsible for Asset Management system's operation through adjustment; information updating asset and tracking related reports in at offices nationwide
To support in periodic tracking and checking the property asset management including registration, maintenance and annual actual counting
To perform data consolidation & data input related to Group's requirement
To coordinate with all nationwide building management for branch office leasing and building related matter including but not limited to contractor's/third parties' registration, periodic maintenance, office leasing payment, utility payment & HSE activities, ...
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Colleague/Bachelor degree in suitable discipline
Advantage: General technical knowledge in system operation
Experiences: >6-month experience in MNC
>6-month experience in system operation control, reporting and admin tasks
Logic thinking, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in English, Word, Excel
