Mô tả công việc

1. Check and prepare documents for export and import shipments.
2. Receive cargo information from customers, and check policies and procedures related to items.
3. Determine HS codes of items.
4. Declare customs on ECUS/VNACCS software for all types of import and export of FDI enterprises, export processing, processing investment, business ...;
5. Prepare documents and perform operations such as applying for C/O, animal and plant quarantine, quality control, specialized license, specialized inspection, chemical declaration, and import permits ....
6. Handling arising problems related to declaration, modification, or cancellation of customs declarations, and tax refunds... and reporting progress and results to management level and related professional departments.
7. Gather fully, complete documents, and close the dossier of each shipment according to regulations.
8. Regularly update new regulations and legal documents related to Customs procedures, permit application procedures, and specialized inspection procedures according to the conditions and policies on Import-Export.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu

1. Graduated from University, College with majors related to international trade, traffic, customs, logistics...
2. Having 2 to 3 years of experience in customs declaration.
3. Understand the types of import and export of FDI enterprises, export processing, investment outsourcing, trading... and import and export records of these types of enterprises.
4. Proficient in office computing and ECUS/VNACCS.
5. Be disciplined, careful, can work under pressure and high responsibility.
6. Good communication skills
7. Willing to work outside office hours as required when necessary.
8. Priority is given to those who have a certificate of customs declaration from the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
