JOB DESCRIPTION
Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Sales
Collaborate with Treasury focal points and Relationship Managers (RMs) at branches to analyze and assess market needs, develop foreign exchange and derivatives policies, and identify target customers.
Provide ad hoc or periodic guidance to branches on foreign exchange and derivatives products, as well as negotiation skills for customer discussions related to these products.
Directly advise selected branch customers on market information and solutions, and execute foreign exchange transactions, particularly for corporate clients with large transaction volumes operating in highly competitive banking environments.
2. Product Development
Provide ad hoc or periodic guidance to branches on Treasury products, as well as negotiation skills for customer discussions related to these products.
Monitor product lifecycle performance, including evaluating and managing products to continuously enhance Treasury products currently offered by MB.
Regularly update market intelligence and benchmark MB's Treasury products against those of competitors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange and derivatives products.
More than 2 years of experience in banking and finance, or export-import credit.
TOEIC score of 600 or above, IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or an equivalent English proficiency certificate.
ACI or CFA certifications are an advantage.
