Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the market, and achievement of annual sales targets.
Independently develop customers, including but not limited to distributors, system integrators, and end users.
Handle the full sales cycle, including customer inquiries, quotations, business negotiations, contract signing, and order execution.
Coordinate internal resources across departments (R&D, technical support, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term cooperation and repeat business.
Collect and analyze market information, industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide effective feedback to management.
Participate in exhibitions, online marketing campaigns, customer visits, and other
business development activities.
Assist supervisors in completing other business-related tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in market development or business development.
Proficient in Chinese or English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and able to independently conduct business communication and negotiations.
Familiar with the full foreign trade process, including inquiries, quotations, contracts, payment terms, logistics, and customs clearance procedures.
Strong market development skills, ability to work under pressure, and a results-driven mindset.
Candidates with sales experience in industrial equipment, telecommunications equipment, IoT, automation, energy industries, or with technical knowledge are highly preferred.
Possess strong professional ethics, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork spirit.
本科学及以上学历,国际贸易、电子工程、自动化、通信等相关专业优先。
2 年及以上市场开发经验。
中文/英文听说读写熟练,能够独立进行商务沟通与谈判。
熟悉外贸流程,包括询盘、报价、合同、付款方式、物流、报关等。
具备较强的市场开拓能力、抗压能力和结果导向意识。
有工业设备、通信设备、IoT、自动化、能源等行业销售背景者及懂技术者优先。
具备良好的职业素养、责任心和团队协作意识。
