1. Job Purpose
Drive sales growth of thermal analysis and rheology instruments.
Target industries: polymers, plastics, cement & construction, chemicals, coatings, and research institutes.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complete solutions.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales &
Business DevelopmentMeet/exceed sales targets.
Identify new opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
Maintain pipeline via CRM tools.
B. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with R&D centers, universities, QC labs, etc.
Understand needs and propose solutions.
Conduct visits and follow-ups.
C. Product Demonstration & Technical Support (Pre-Sales)
Work with specialists for demos and trials.
Communicate technical benefits clearly.
D. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track trends and competitors.
Support marketing strategies and attend events.
E. Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with service, application, and marketing teams.
Provide field feedback for improvement.
Education: Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Polymer Science, or related.
Experience: 2-3 years in scientific instrument sales; familiarity with thermal analysis, rheology, XRF, XRD, etc.
Skills:
Technical: Material characterization, product presentations, CRM tools.
Soft: Communication, negotiation, customer focus, independence, and travel readiness.
