JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HR Executive - C&B (01 vacancy)
- Compensation administration and
delivery for local staff (payroll, insurance, performance bonus, salary review,
benefit programs, contract administration...).
+ To coordinate with PIC at the
respective schools to prepare and process the relevant reports for payroll
including attendance reports, leave record.
+ To implement and maintain proper and
timely reporting systems/ procedures with the Compulsory Insurance for staff.
+ To process claim for insurance
reimbursement for staff (sickness, maternity ...).
+ To monitor staff employment
milestones to process contract paperwork for staff confirmation/non-confirmation,
contract renewal.
+ To process claim for staff benefit
(Birth of baby, marriage, hospitalization....).
+ To respond to staff's queries on
payroll and other contractual benefits.
- Process of Resignation/Termination of Employment.
- Database system, Employee profiles maintenance.
- Staff Performance Appraisal Program: To coordinate and organize the annual
staff performance appraisal program.
- Participate in the process of Manpower Planning and Budgeting.

HR Executive - Recruitment (01 vacancy)
- Prepare/post recruitment advertisement
- Monitor
interactions to job announcements on social channels and propose solutions to
attract applications
- Screen CVs
- Source for qualified candidates
- Conduct 1st round interview .
- Coordinate for 2nd interview
with Principals/Dept Heads.
- Conduct reference check
- Guide candidates to collect documents and
verify them to process job offer
- Handle new hire process
- Assist in promoting employer branding
activities
- Develop and maintain a resourceful database
of local candidates

HR Executive - General HR (01 vacancy)
- Prepare/post
recruitment advertisement
- Screen and
send shortlisted applications to Principals for interview
- Prepare
contract offer for finalized candidate based on the company's salary scale
- Respond to
candidate's queries to conclude job offer
- Take care of
welcome logistics such as hotel accommodation upon arrival, Health Care
Insurance and medical checkup, etc.
- Assist in promoting employer branding
activities
- Maintain a resourceful database of foreign
candidates
- Database system, Employee profiles
maintenance
- Compensation
administration and delivery for foreign staff (payroll, contract
administration, visa, work permit...)
REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of English
- Relevant experience is an advantage
- Candidates without prior experience will be
provided on-the-job training.
