HR Task
-Plan and coordinate the recruitment process to meet organizational needs effectively.
-Calculate salaries, and manage processes related to social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), personal income tax, and other statutory requirements.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), compensation structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
-Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing materials, drafting job descriptions, and organizing orientation and training programs for new hires.
-Maintain and organize records and documentation related to HR policies and procedures.
Admin Task
-Ensuring accurate purchase orders with proper approvals, and make prompt invoice payments to vendors and suppliers;
-Ensure logistics work and working condition for the staff;
-Manage office administrative tasks, including document compilation and storage Coordinate with other departments to support organizing programs and events.
Perform other duties as directed by the Human Resource & Administration Manager
Yêu cầu
-At least 1 years of experience in human resources, recruitment and admin task.
-Experience in the securities industry is preferred.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with partners and colleagues. Proficient in English.
-Pay attention to detail and works carefully and thoroughly.
