The Business Analyst role
As the Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our clients and project teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully deliver solutions to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for tasks in the following areas:
Take ownership of business analysis activities and be accountable for the success of product delivery in alignment with customer value and business goals
Lead requirements workshops and validation sessions with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, PM, Designer) to ensure shared understanding of the solution logic
Apply business analysis techniques such as use case modelling, process flow design, and impact analysis to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and provides measurable value
Proactively review test cases prepared by QA to ensure they fully reflect business requirements and minimise misunderstandings
Leverage AI tools to improve requirement documentation, reduce turnaround time, and enhance communication and clarification
Analyse customer feedback (UAT/end-user) and support continuous improvement initiatives for both product and service quality, contributing to upsell potential and long-term client satisfaction
Perform other tasks assigned by the Chapter Head in line with the company direction
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 03 years of experience as a Business Analyst,
Product Owner, Project Manager or in a similar role;
Domain Knowledge: an understanding of Banking and Financial operations is preferred
Good command of English communication skills
Understanding of UX/UI patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile);
Domain Knowledge: an understanding of Banking and Financial operations is preferred
Certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA), and Project Management (PMP) are a plus.
