This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will play a pivotal role in developing new customers, new products, and new capabilities within the food, seafood, and commerce sectors on a global scale, while also conducting analysis for various business areas.

Responsibilities
1. Developing New Customers: Researching the market to identify new opportunities for attracting customers, as well as building and maintaining relationships with them.
2. Creating New Products: Collaborating closely with suppliers and others to develop new products that meet market demands and industry trends.
3. Developing New Capabilities: Identifying and developing new capabilities for the company, ensuring it can compete and grow in the food, seafood, and commerce sectors.
4. Conducting Market and Business Analysis: Performing market and business analyses to gain a deeper understanding of opportunities and challenges, providing essential information for strategic decision-making.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the effectiveness of implemented strategies and plans, evaluating performance based on specific metrics to continuously improve and adjust strategies.
6. Other responsibilities as assigned
Required High Intelligence

• Intrapersonal intelligence
Knowledge and Skills:
• Graduated from University with a major in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing or related majors.
• Have 2-5 years of experience in Global Sales or Global Marketing.
• Passionate for Traveling Foreign Countries & Meeting Foreigners
• Creative Thinking Skills
• Analytical Thinking Skills
• Problem-solving Skills
• High Integrity, Enthusiastic, Persistent, Focused, Decisive, Hard-working.
• Market Understanding
