Mô tả công việc

System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, performance, and security of our network infrastructure, servers, and ERP platform. System Administrator collaborate with various stakeholders to identify system requirements, implement necessary updates and configurations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
Install, configure, and maintain the ERP system, including updates and patches.
Monitor system performance and resolve any issues or errors.
Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements.
Provide technical support and training to users.
Manage the organization's network infrastructure and ensure network security.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Having a good command of English.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, having experience in managing ERP systems is prioritized.
Having knowledge of ERP systems and their administration.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle Database).
Proficiency in system configuration and customization within an ERP environment.
Experience in troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support.
Having problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
