JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage full cycle
candidate recruitment process from screening, interviewing, offer negotiation
and post-offer follow up; (Position: Annotators (mass), Function team,
global hiring support);
Do research on
the market and competitors, recommend attractive compensation packages and
effective recruitment channels to attract the potential talents for Appen
Vietnam;
Develop and
expand hiring channels including online and offline ones;
Coordinate
or/and join in indoor or outdoor recruitment events (job fairs, seminars,
university relations, networking) to promote employer branding and talent
acquisition;
Submit daily
and/or weekly recruitment reports as required;
Control HR
admin tasks such as checking personal documents of staff and preparing for
onboarding;
Resolving other
imminent issues related to employees in a positive and timely manner.
Cooperate with site
operation department to hold internal events to foster a vibrant and inclusive
company culture.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
degree or higher;
Have
1 years' experience in recruitment;
Native
speaker of Vietnamese, good business English skills, can speak Chinese is
desirable;
Knowledge
in other languages is a plus;
Experience
working in fast paced global organizations, BPO, Tech, Languages, Remote Work
companies (tutorials) or headhunt company is an advantage;
Good
at communication and strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in office, such as
Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
