HR Senior Specialist (Visa, WP) Full-Time 2024

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee visa and work permit applications for the entire company, which comprises hundreds international employees, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Manage intricate global mobility programs, including expense tracking, timeline management, and adherence to company policies.
Device and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of global mobility programs, resulting in cost savings and heightened employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions for complex global mobility challenges.
Job Requirement:
Proficient in English
Direct experience in handling Visa and Work Permit procedures at large companies employing a significant number of foreign workers/ Expats
Thorough understanding and mastery of Labor Law and related regulations.
Strong logical thinking skills
Service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under high pressure
Candidates with experience working with SAP systems are preferred.
Candidates with the ability to start working early are preferred.
