* Recruitment Activities:
- Receive and consolidate recruitment requests from departments.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans through suitable channels (website, social media, job fairs, universities, etc.).
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with Department Heads.
* Track and report recruitment progress to
HR Manager.
- Prepare offer letters, inform candidates of results, and coordinate onboarding procedures with the Admin team.
* Employer Branding:
- Manage and post recruitment content on social media and job platforms.
- Represent the resort at job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent attraction events.
- Propose creative ideas to improve candidate experience and enhance the resort's employer brand.
* Other HR Support:
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Support onboarding, training sessions, and internal employee activities when required.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and statistics.
