- To be in charge for full cycle of recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing; candidate assessing...) for assigned vacancies;
- Work with hiring manager about department's recruitment plan/head count plan before recruiting;
- Deploy on-boarding process and orientation training for new staffs;
- Administration tasks in Talent Acquisition;
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment report as requested;
- Other tasks assigned by head of Talent Acquisition Department/HR Division.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University (or above) graduation
Fluency in English and Vietnamese communication
At least 3-5 years of experiences working in talent acquisition/ recruitment
Passionate working with people
Have good sourcing skills and recruitment techniques
