Responsible for driving student recruitment by providing high-quality consultation to parents.
Student Recruitment
Proactively engage with parents and provide accurate information on school programmes, curriculum, fee structure, preferential promotions (when applicable) and all matters related to school enrolment from inquiry to enrollment.
Seek clarification from Office Manager for any response, if in doubt.
Schedule appointments for consultation and school tour. Receive all parents in a courteous and professional manner. Understand needs and recommend suitable programmes for their children.
Follow up with parents on school promotions to convert inquiries into enrolments.
Participate in school events, Open days, education fairs and marketing campaigns. Work with the Marketing team to improve sales.
Track and report enrolment pipeline and conversion rates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school policies, programmes and school fees.
Update prospective parents information correctly into school management system.
Submit fortnightly report on enrolment status to the Head of Operations Department.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Conversion rate (inquiry → enrollment) as per numbers provided by Director of Operations.
Achieve KPI by maintaining number of students of the previous school year and an increase of 10% enrolment numbers by the first two terms of new school year.
Lead follow-up effectiveness.
Customer satisfaction / parent feedback.
