1. Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across the garment manufacturing plant. The main objective is to optimize production workflows, maximize line efficiency, minimize operational waste through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, standardize Industrial Engineering (IE) frameworks, and foster a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout all operations.

Yêu cầu
1. Education & Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Industrial Management, Garment Technology, or related technical fields. Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt) is preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (CI Manager, IE Manager, or Manufacturing Excellence Manager). Prior working experience in multinational FDI garment or textile manufacturing plants is strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, Line Balance, SMED, Kaizen, Poka-yoke), IE knowledge
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI,Tableau...)
Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
