I. SUMMARY:
POPS Kids Learn is a leading innovative & interactive learning platform for Kids in Vietnam providing various contents for kids which are safe and carefully curated. We are in partnerships with trusted Education content partners as well as individual trainers to bring kids interactive and engaging classes.
POPS Kids Learn is looking for an experienced customer support candidate to provide excellent service to parents and students and contribute a best suitable process for the company. The goal is to keep the team going well in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility in parents/ students supports
- Improve parents/ students service experience to maintain the retention
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records of customer service actions and discussions
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Preparing script for Class Support team to respond to the parents and students
- Recruit and train for Class Support members
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and qualitative targets
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply the best practices to areas of improvement
- Other tasks are assigned by PKL Manager
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong client facing and communication skills
- Good communication in English
- Must have experience (3 years) in customer service at educational institutions
- Advance troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Focus and attention to details
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage diversity, experience with international environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree
