Key Responsibilities
• Assist migration agents in preparing client visa applications and supporting documents.
• Liaise with clients to collect required information, forms, and evidence in a timely manner.
• Check documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain detailed and organised records in our CRM and client management systems.
• Track and follow up on application progress with clients.
• Communicate professionally and clearly in English via email, chat, and video.
• Report daily and weekly progress, including application stages and KPI updates.
KPIs
• Application accuracy and completeness: low error rate.
• Timeliness: all required documents and submissions completed within agreed deadlines.
• Revenue contribution: support agents to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Client satisfaction: positive feedback and professional communication.
• CRM compliance: accurate and up-to-date records at all times.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience in administration or client service roles, ideally in a professional or
international setting.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Appropriate home office setup: reliable high-speed internet (at least 50 Mbps) and a
dedicated workspace with a professional background.
