Client Executive, Corporate Risk & Broking
This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.
The Role
1.
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and acquire new clients to achieve individual sales targets.
- Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities, especially with corporate clients in industrial sectors such as construction and manufacturing.
- Execute sales strategies effectively to meet assigned business targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support insurance placement, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, ensuring high service quality and client retention.
- Provide consultative support to clients on insurance solutions tailored to their business needs.
3. Internal & External Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments and insurance providers to deliver customized and competitive insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Regularly update and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and client engagement activities to management.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in (non-life) insurance, B2B Sales, Banking, Manufacture or other relevant business services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
