As a client success executive in in-app advertising and influencer marketing business, your role will support the business development team while managing and nurturing strong client relationships. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams - account management, ad operations, and influencer management-to ensure seamless project execution that exceeds client expectations
What You Will Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Serve as the liaison between local clients and the regional operations team, facilitating proposal development and ensuring smooth project execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account, and influencer management teams..., to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and proceed with related paperwork (contracts, liquidations,..)
Up-selling/ cross-selling on available clients.
Finding new business opportunities by approaching new clients
Supporting the team to prospect, pitch, and close sales.
Engaging in search and research to identify customer's key needs.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of working experience as a Sales Account/ Client Success, or a similar role in the digital marketing industry
Experience in professional client relationship management.
Proficient English.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
Good strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills.
Clear mindset, result-oriented with passion for work
Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
