Overview
We're seeking a Cloud Engineer - Systems/ Network/ Security/ DevOps and Automation/ Database/Storage and Backup/ Modern Workplace to design, deploy, and manage robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. The Cloud Engineer will be instrumental in automating cloud operations, ensuring security and compliance, and optimizing cloud environments for performance and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with cloud platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
This role will:
Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
Implement and enforce security policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks in cloud environments.
Optimize cloud workloads for performance, scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency.
Manage identity and access control mechanisms.
Set up, configure, and maintain cloud networking components and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Implement cloud monitoring, alerting, logging, and diagnostics systems.
Work with containerized applications and orchestration.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
Develop self-healing and auto-remediation scripts and processes for cloud operations.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
Migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud.
Implement security best practices, conduct security assessments, and address vulnerabilities.
Manage cloud storage solutions and data management strategies.
Automate security policies and configurations.
Monitor and analyze cloud security logs and events.
