Your Responsibilities:
- Together with our General Manager Marketing you are responsible to built up our branch office in
Vietnam.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- You are responsible for the recruitment and the human resources management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with all matters relating to personal and office-related
matters.
- Your daily business will be also the sales organization, to start our online business project for our
catering equipment business for Hotel / Restaurant.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Yêu cầu
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Good at English & Vietnamese
- You are professional about sales skills
- Good at Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experienced in managing office administrative tasks & working with multi-stakeholders both
internally & externally as well as managing services.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills.
