About the Role - Coat Check
By nature of the position, the position is the guests' first impression. They greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact and a smile. The Coat Check Attendant must be familiar with the event, guests and have a great sense of organization and urgency. They must be confident in moving at a fast pace and prioritizing guest satisfaction and comfort.
· Promptly greet and communicate with guests on coat check process
· Hang and organize coats within a logical order and system
· Return coats and items using the numerical order system to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
· Maintain and organize coat check area ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
· Accurately complete paperwork referring to lost or stolen articles and follow up with respective parties if needed
· Build and maintain relationships with management and team members
· Additional duties as assigned or required
