Job Summary
Collection Supervisor is an integral part of the Collection team and the organization. In this role, Collection Supervisors manage the activities of their staff while concurrently overseeing activities related to collections and customer service
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and closely monitor the activities and performance of the assigned Field collection team leaders and their respective team members to achieve setting targets.
- Establish a good rapport and coordination with all relating teams. This way they get support on providing additional information on possible leads and negotiation.
- Participate in strategic planning, budget management, and development of policies and procedures.
Detailed tasks:
- Meet monthly assigned target of Line Manager
- Review Daily Tracking Productivity Reports
- Review Field visit status of MTL
- Hourly monitoring productivity
- Direct support on hard cases
- Handle complaint by follow up ticket from CS
- Review all items escalate from Team Leader before send to Line Manager
- Review and Feedback QC, QA report
- Review performance, find out issue and improvement plan
Job Requirements
- Education background: College, University graduated, major in Law, Finance, Banking.
- Minimum Experience: 02 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
- Leadership skills
- Understand the Collection market and assigned locations.
- Experience and knowledge of Collection processes and best practice.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially excel is preferred.
- Experience of working in a high-pressure environment and working to tight deadlines. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
