Key Responsibilities:
Collect, consolidate, and process sales and pricing data from internal systems and external market sources.
Analyze pricing fluctuations and market trends to support the Sales team in pricing decisions and business planning.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, pricing, and business results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Conduct competitor pricing analysis and monitor raw material price movements (where applicable) to recommend pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify data requirements and develop relevant performance metrics (KPIs).
Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities from data, providing timely insights and recommendations.
Standardize data collection and management processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Present analytical findings and business insights to Management and the Sales team in a clear and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a Pricing Analyst, Sales Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Sales Administration, or a similar analytical role.
Experience in trading, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
Proven experience in analyzing sales, pricing, and market data.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, charts, and data analysis functions.
