Mô tả công việc
▪ Draft/Review/Negotiate sales, commercial and other day to day contracts/documents;
▪ Ensure all terms and conditions are complying with Group's Legal regulations; closely work with Legal Counsel (in Australia) in case legal advices are required; finalize contract document by getting authorized signature / stamp;
▪ Manage the company's corporate secretarial matters including drafting of resolutions;
▪ Liaise with Project Leaders for all matters relating to projects progress/scopes;
▪ Analysis and making report when and as required by the Management;
▪ Develop documentation to meet the administrative needs of the relevant Managers/Project Leaders;
▪ Assist with other routine administrative and functional tasks.
▪ Report to: Project Finance and/or Commercial Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
▪ Degree in Economic or Law;
▪ At least 4 years experiences in practice;
▪ Strong foundation in general commercial and contract law. Some experience in contentious/dispute resolution work preferred but not a prerequisite;
▪ Strong negotiation and communication skills with good command of
English and Vietnamese (spoken and written);
▪ Expert in using computer literature: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point;
▪ Ability to work independently; detail-oriented
▪ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of all levels;
analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
▪ Independent, resourceful, proactive and ability to multi-task.
