Commercial Finance Analyst

*** BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Independently manage month end closing tasks to produce fast and accurate reports relating to Sales P&L and support Commercial Finance Manager to partner with Commercial Team on financial matters
• Ensure month end closing process is run smoothly, accurately and on time for
• Prepare and share daily, monthly reports relating to sales performance by product, channel, customer, regional to relevant partners with actionable and insightful commentary
• Support Commercial Finance Manager on delivering ad hoc request/projects
• Setting selling price on SAP
• Proactively simplify and automize reports and processes to save time for business partnering task
• Be able to independently lead and deliver assigned projects
*** PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Prepare and track cost accrual on monthly basis, ensure all accruals are posted according to business alignment and accounting procedures
2. Analyze and reconcile Sales P&L during month end closing
3. Produce monthly reporting during and after month end closing to FP&A, Group and Business Partners
4. Prepare and present monthly financial update to Commercial Team
5. Actively participate in regular meetings with Commercial Team
6. Provide GM%, P&L simulation and other analysis per requests
7. Prepare P&L forecast for S&OP
8. Provide active support to annual budgeting process relating to Sales P&L
9. Coordinate with Commercial team to provide monthly net sales forecast
10. Set selling price on SAP accurately and timely
11. Initiate and implement internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with the financial policies with Group Level, co-operate with external auditors
12. Perform other accounting tasks-related duties as assigned
