We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Communication Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. This role is essential in shaping our visual communication, enhancing brand presence, and delivering compelling multimedia content for campaigns, events, and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Developing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, fliers, trade show booths, infomercials, direct mail campaigns, and advertisements for print or broadcast media
- Creating visual concepts for public relations campaigns such as corporate identity packages, brochures, annual reports, and signage
- Take care of post-production for videos (cut, edit and create effects)
- Increase user friendliness in digital products (community, infographic, poster, banners, video...)
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all of our marketing projects
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up to date with industry developments, tools and trend.
Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, including motion graphics
- Certification in User Experience Design or Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating completed design projects, ideally across branding, marketing, or digital communication
Core Skills
- Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects or Premiere
- Solid visual design fundamentals, including color, typography, layout, and composition
- High attention to visual detail and quality

- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and managing assigned tasks
AI & Learning Mindset
- Hands-on experience or practical exposure to AI tools in design workflows, with basic awareness of data ethics
