JOB PURPOSE: To involve managing and enhancing the school's communication strategies to ensure effective and consistent messaging both internally and externally and playing a crucial role in fostering a positive and transparent communication environment, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of the school.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a content strategy across all school communication channels (Website, news & blogs, social media, newsletters, email marketing, etc.) and an ongoing pipeline of content that can be used year-round to inspire, engage and inform all relevant internal and external stakeholders including parents, students, staff and alumni.
- Contribute to the development of Communications strategy and campaigns.
- Write, edit and distribute content, including school publications, media release, PR articles, website and social media content.
- Website management and optimization.
- Responsible for all marketing performance tools to generate qualified leads for recruitment purposes, by developing advertising content plan, collaborating and managing digital agencies to optimise performance campaigns, under
Marketing Manager's guidance
- Support Marketing Manager in planning and executing
digital marketing activities including online campaigns, SEO/SEM, and other channels with the aim to generate high quality enquiries.
- Ensure that all current parents are kept up to date on school news and information.
- Build the school online community through social media, driving both followers and engagement (shares and comments) to support and branding and student recruitment purpose.
- Develop the Photography and videography repository for the school, ensuring the highest standards are adhered to global guidelines and school aesthetic quality.
- Provide appropriate support to ensure that best practice is shared to other members of the MAC and wider school team. Proactive approach to personal development.
