Position Objective
Responsible for managing and coordinating AIT Vietnam's communications, marketing, branding, CRM, and event activities to support student recruitment, enhance the institution's image, and contribute to the Center's development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning and Student Recruitment Support
Coordinate with Academic Teams to develop annual student recruitment plans for academic programs.
Coordinate with the Training and Development (TnD) Team to develop marketing plans for each short-term training program.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and student recruitment activities.
2. Communications and Brand Management
Manage AIT Vietnam's communication channels.
Provide direction for communications content and branding.
Ensure the consistent use of AIT Vietnam's brand identity and visual assets in accordance with established guidelines.
3. Marketing Campaign Management
Work with marketing, advertising, and communications service providers.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Propose solutions to improve communications and student recruitment effectiveness.
4. CRM and Marketing Data Management
Oversee the CRM system.
Monitor the lead-handling status of relevant units.
Consolidate and analyze data to support management and student recruitment activities.
5. Event Management
Plan and coordinate AIT Vietnam's events.
Assign responsibilities and supervise implementation.
Support event coordination and serve as an MC/moderator when necessary.
6. Team Coordination (3 Team Members)
Assign, coordinate, and monitor the work of team members.
Report the team's operational status to the Management Board.
7. Other tasks assigned by Executive Director from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in communications, marketing, education, or training.
Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate, present, and host events in both Vietnamese and English.
Service-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Eagerness to learn, good sense of urgency, type of innovative and proactive person at work.
