JOB PURPOSE To support the Planning Team in market research, insight mining, and creative ideation. A key part of this role is to infuse creative copywriting into proposals, ensuring they are not only strategic but also emotionally compelling and persuasive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brainstorm and propose catchy Theme Names and Slogans/Taglines for event campaigns that align with current trends.
Assist in writing and refining the content (wording) of proposal slides to ensure a professional, engaging, and persuasive tone.
Support in drafting initial Agenda Flows, MC Scripts, or Voice-over scripts for mood videos.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and Consumer Insights to build a strong foundation for creative ideas.
Update new event technologies and performance trends to apply to internal projects.
Search for high-quality reference images and create Visual Moodboards that accurately reflect the proposed concept.
Assist in formatting PowerPoint slides to ensure logical flow and aesthetic consistency.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Strong passion for writing with a flexible writing style (from formal to witty/trendy). Ability to use wordplay is a big plus.
Good aesthetic taste and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Layout, Fonts, Formatting).
Creative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
Resilient under pressure and eager to learn about the Event & Activation industry.
