Community Manager

As a Community Manager at Hub Hoi An, you will play a vital role in shaping the experience of our members, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in our vibrant coworking and coliving space.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day management of our community and operations of our space, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Facilitate and support member events to help them connect and socialize
Be the contact person for members, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
Handle administrative tasks related to community management, such as maintaining member records
Member communication via digital channels, in-person, leading member meetings and signage
Continuously work on improving space functionality, maintenance & vibe
Proactively notice and address opportunities for improvement in service, space or community (with support)
Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
