Compensation & Benefit Supervisor

1. Compensation & benefits administration and reporting (including PIT and all insurances):
-Ensure that all employees and contracted staff receive remuneration (salary, allowance, bonus, and related allowances) accurately and on a timely basis.
-Ensure that the operation of social insurance, health insurance, work insurance, life insurance is in accordance with the regulations and Company's policies including registration, contribution, reporting, claim.
-Yearly salary survey research, analysis and reporting: Make sure the data of the compensation surveys are compiled; and the Company's salary ranges are updated, staff remuneration are reviewed regularly for an equitable and competitive remuneration scheme.
-Performance rating management and related yearly salary review processing and announcements.
-Recommend elements to be included in the compensation package of various positions to make them attractive in the job market.
2. HR Shared services: Provide support to all staff with on-board procedures, guidelines; ensure all appropriate HR administrative procedures and documents are promptly applied in case of promotion, transfer, contract renewal, probation end, resignation, termination, etc...; and work permits for expatriates are applied for.
3. Related policies and guidelines: Design, evaluate and modify the policies to make sure all the benefits competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
4. HRIS management and record keeping: Ensure that all personnel information is recorded sufficiently, accurately and updated in the database on a timely basis. Ensure that all changes in HR data have to be supported by signed document from relevant managers. No information change is conducted without supporting document. Ensure that the benefit program and HRIS software run smoothly and developed in line with the requirement of HR activities.
5. HR Budget planning and cost monitoring: Ensure all HR related cost is properly planned and monitored.
6. Other HR projects from time to time within competence.
