Compliance Manager - Apparel Factory

They are looking for an experienced CSR professionals to manage its compliance activities nearby Ho Chi Minh City. Candidates with more than 5 years experience in CSR compliance and proficiency in English are welcome to apply.
Description
The successful candidate will manage its CSR activities for its Vietnam factory:
* CSR target settings and consult management teams on CSR program implementation plans with the coverage: environment, social, health, safety, and governance.
* Implement CSR Compliance programs, compliance training workshops.
* Conduct internal CSR audits, reviews, and improvements and preventive action plans.
* Risks management and data analysis.
* Assist in preparation of sustainability related reports.
* Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly performance Review.
* Other CSR tasks assigned by the company.
Profile
The ideal candidates are having:
* Bachelor Degree and above in related disciplines: Business Administration, Environmental Engineer, or Health and Safety....
* More than 5 years solid experience in CSR management, exposure to garment industry is preferred.
* Knowledge on CSR Framework, best practices, and regional on going social/ labour issue.
* Problem solving, analytically thinking, and teamwork
* Fluent in English.
* Chinese is an advantage.
* Team player, cross-functional collaboration.
* Leadership and negotiation skills.
