Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy Computer Vision and Edge AI applications for production environments.
Develop and optimize real-time video analytics pipelines for IP cameras, RTSP streams, recorded videos, and single-camera or multi-camera systems.
Build, integrate, and maintain software components following software engineering best practices.
Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, databases, monitoring systems, and other application components to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Backend/Frontend Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other project members to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize deep learning models for Computer Vision use cases such as object detection, tracking, classification, segmentation, OCR, video analytics, and industrial image processing.
Optimize deep learning models for deployment using hardware acceleration and inference frameworks.
Analyze bottlenecks across video ingestion, decoding, preprocessing, inference, tracking, and downstream system integration.
Troubleshoot and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture design, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Prepare technical documentation, benchmark reports, deployment guides, and troubleshooting guidelines for reusable AI components.
Participate in technical discovery, feasibility assessment, PoC planning, and customer technical discussions after the onboarding period.
Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Computer Vision, Edge AI, real-time video processing, and AI deployment technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision, preferably including Edge AI or production AI deployment.
Strong foundation in Software Engineering, including clean code, software architecture, debugging, testing, and version control.
Practical experience integrating AI models into applications, APIs, services, or production-oriented systems-not only research notebooks or standalone experiments.
Experience developing and deploying deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
Good understanding of image processing and Computer Vision techniques such as object detection, tracking, classification, segmentation, OCR, or video analytics.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience working with Linux environments; C++ experience is an advantage, especially for performance-sensitive or video-processing applications
Familiarity with REST APIs, backend integration, database systems, message queues, or other system-to-system communication methods.
Ability to analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and troubleshoot complex AI or software issues.
Understanding of end-to-end AI system architecture from model development to production deployment.
Intermediate English, sufficient for reading technical documentation and participating in internal or customer technical discussions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, self-learning, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Candidates with Backend, Embedded, Full-stack, or general Software Engineering backgrounds who have transitioned into Computer Vision are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream, GStreamer, TensorRT, CUDA, or GPU profiling tools.
Experience processing IP camera feeds, RTSP streams, real-time video, or multi-camera systems.

Experience deploying AI applications on NVIDIA Jetson, NVIDIA GPU servers, or other edge computing platforms.
Experience with model conversion and inference optimization using ONNX, TensorRT, FP16, INT8, quantization, or similar techniques.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, or infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with camera calibration, coordinate transformation, AprilTag, ArUco markers, or camera-based localization.
Experience with smart factories, industrial cameras, robotics, AMR/AGV, industrial automation, or manufacturing systems.
Experience with LLMs, VLMs, RAG, Intelligent Document Processing, OCR, NLP, vector databases, prompt engineering, or multimodal AI solutions.
Experience participating in technical workshops, feasibility assessments, customer meetings, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales activities is an advantage.
Strong willingness to learn new technologies and develop toward a technical ownership or technical lead role.
