💰 INCOME & BENEFITS
Average Total Income: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month
Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary
Monthly KPI Incentive: 900,000 - 1,200,000 VND/month
Probation: 100% salary during the 2-month probation period.

📋 SCOPE OF WORK & ROLE OVERVIEW
Monitor, analyze, and investigate high-risk account takeover alerts and potentially fraudulent activities reported by Guests and Partners.
Investigate suspicious login activities, compromised credentials, and security breaches using established workflows.
Follow security protocols to safeguard Guest and Partner accounts and sensitive confidential information.
Conduct investigations in strict compliance with established security workflows, documentation requirements, and legal and privacy guidelines.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality to ensure reliable security decisions and minimize processing errors.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS & SELECTION PROCESS
Education: Graduated from High School or equivalent academic level.
Skills & Mindset: Strong interest in data and security analysis, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to investigating potential security threats.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% in English.
Selection Process: English Assessment (Email Writing Test) ➡️ Operations Interview.
⏰ WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Work Schedule: 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
Shift: Rotate 24/7 (9 hours/shift, incl. 1.5h rest).
Day shifts: 7:00-16:00 | 9:00-18:00 | 12:00-21:00 | 13:00-22:00
Night shifts: 19:00-4:00 | 20:00-5:00 | 21:00-6:00 | 22:00-7:00
Work Location: QTSC Building 9 (Orbital Building), Lot 42, Street No. 3, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
