JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE
Enhance business growth by effectively managing sales and marketing strategies. This includes identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving customer engagement through targeted campaigns, and overseeing both digital and offline marketing activities. The role aims to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, retain loyalty, and ensure the successful execution of strategic plans that align with business goals. Additionally, the objective is to stay competitive by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, while fostering valuable partnerships for long-term success.
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES
- Responsible for assisting with marketing and advertising campaign.
- Create ideas, prepare content plan for Digital channels to reach new customer and enhance engagement with loyalty (Website, Facebook, Tiktok...).
- Coordinate with internal team to prepare content and script for Marketing campaigns, short videos, TVC, livestream...
- Develop and manage partnerships to cooperate for marketing activity.
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
- Perform other duties which may be assigned by the line manager during available time on-duty time.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
JOB EXPECTATIONS
- Bachelors Degree, past industry related or equivalent experience.
- Understand customer insight, market and competitors.
- Proven work experience as a Copywriter or similar role.
- Expertise in content writing skills of various types (e.g. advertising content, storytelling...).
- Have knowledge about beauty care (skincare, skin treatment technology).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- English speaking and writing skills are required.
- Basically use Canva, Capcut...
- Can write Japanese is a plus.
