Mô tả công việc
1.LDS Renewal Project - Bidding
Proceed with the bidding and review the submitted BOQ
Prepare the required documents for the contract
2.LDS Renewal Project - Construction
Construction Management works: Compare and review the as-built drawing and the construction drawing for approval; Manage construction schedule; Monitoring the construction process; Manage contractor payments
Manage delivery schedule (Furniture materials)
Review Calculation drawing and BOQ
3.Other supporting tasks relating to Construction support as assigned
Proceed with the bidding and review the submitted BOQ

Yêu cầu công việc
Has Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior or Construction
Experiences in Commercial Project Development, Hospitality is a plus
At least 5 years' relevant experience in Interior Design and Design Management
(e.g. interior design firm related to Commercial/Hospitality is a plus, construction or development company)
Good at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent in AutoCAD, Photoshop skills; Sketchup, 3Ds max is plus
Work experiences in Management of Design and Construction phases of large-scale Commercial building, Mixed-use Facilities, Hospitality projects is a plus
Ability to identify and read Design documentations and specification
Strong understanding of Vietnam and international interior design style
Ability of communicating English in working environment
A team player & builder, a motivator & self-starter
Experiences in Commercial Project Development, Hospitality is a plus
At least 5 years' relevant experience in Interior Design and Design Management
